Basic Crochet Class

NOTE: There are two parts to this class: Part 1 is on October 6, Part 2 is on October 13.

Crochet is a fiber art that  has been practiced for thousands of years. It begins with a simple slip  knot and involves using a hook to connect a variety of loops. Once you  learn to crochet, you can make beautiful garments, functional home  accessories and treasured gifts. In class, students will learn a few basic stitches and will be given instructions on how to make a pair of slippers. Materials for the class are included.
